Range Overview
The Cascades is a Mountain Range that exdend from Southern Border of Canada to North Californai, and there are over 1,000 miles of mountains and peaks.

British Columbia
The North end of the Cascade range terminates at the natural border of the Fraser River.
Washington
Washington has many beautiful Snow capped peaks, 230 miles from South to North, One of the Main attractions is Mt. Rainier which is 14,411 ft. and has so many glaciers.
There are already subrange pages for areas within the Cascades.

North Cascades - the range widens here and has considerable variety. Subrange pages already exist. From Steven's Pass we have the Mountain Loop Subrange on the northwest, and the Glacier Peak Wilderness northest. North of that is the southern boundary of the North Cascades National Park, itself bisected by the North Cascades Highway. This is definatly a very beautiful Place, one I recommend going to some day!

South Cascades - from the Columbia River up through the Goat Rocks, Mt. Adams, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Rainier and terminating in the north along Snoqualmie Pass and Interstate 90.

Central Cascades - from I-90 north to Steven's Pass and Highway 2. Notable peaks include Chair Peak, Mt. Daniels, Mt. Index.

This is a wonderland of peaks, deep old growth forest and glaciers. A continuous alpine climax zone extends from Dome Peak north to the Cascade Pass region, on to Ross Lake, through the rugged Picket Range, and finally the high peaks of Redoubt and Spickard at the Canadian border. But this is just one line that can be drawn. Mt. Baker and Shuksan to the west, the high peaks of Maude and 7 Fingered Jack to the east. Also the Pasayten Wilderness extends far to the east in a much drier, higher continental plateau.
Oregon
Oregon is home to several large Cascade Volcanoes including Mount Hood, Mount Jefferson and the Three Sisters.
